Who we are

Blaze Room is a small grill bar run by people who'd rather do one thing well than ten things averagely. The chicken is brined, charred and served without much fuss.

The team behind the grill came up through market stalls and pub kitchens, learning fire management the hard way, one scorched batch at a time.

There's no deep fryer on site and no plan to add one. The whole business runs on charcoal, patience and a short menu that doesn't need padding out.
